Report Content & Abuse

1. Safe Adult Space & Moderation Rules

Erothots is a completely free, registration-free anonymous adult chat network offering high-speed WebRTC text chat, live video chat, and interactive group chat rooms across all 50 states of the USA.

Our platform allows consenting adults to connect state-wise, city-wise, and country-wide without signing up or creating profiles. While we foster an open, uninhibited environment of free expression, we are highly committed to keeping our community safe, friendly, and free from malicious behavior.

We enforce a zero-tolerance policy against:

• Automated commercial bots and advertising scripts.
• Chat flood spammers, link spreaders, and macro users.
• Harassment, stalking, or any non-consensual sharing.
• Child exploitation, underage users, and illegal activities.

Before exploring our lobbies, verify that your age complies with our strict 18+ Age Compliance Policy and that you accept our binding Terms of Service Agreement.

To protect the user experience, we have integrated active Block & Report features right next to every chat frame in our lobbies—including our active regional spaces like our North Carolina lobbies or our Washington rooms.

If you witness anyone spamming, distributing unauthorized links, or violating our terms, clicking the flag tool will instantly send their session data to our 24/7 moderation queue for immediate action. We respect your anonymity throughout this process, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

2. Reporting Spammers, Bots, & Rule-Breakers

If you witness systematic spam, automated commercial bots, or abusive behaviors in our city rooms—including our local Charlotte chat, Raleigh chat rooms, Seattle lounge, Spokane chat, or our regional San Diego anonymous chat lounge—you can submit a formal abuse report.

Once a violation is confirmed, our moderation system will execute:

• Instant Termination: The violator's active session is terminated instantly by our security systems.
• Permanent IP Ban: Permanent IP and device bans are executed to prevent access to any Erothots lobbies.

To file a formal, detailed report, please navigate to our secure Contact Page and submit our secure message form.

3. DMCA Copyright Infringement & Takedown Requests

Erothots acts as a structured search directory, aggregating peer-to-peer WebRTC connections, external group chat widgets, and third-party webcam streams. We do not produce, host, store, or stream any static media, video files, or user images on our servers.

However, we have a firm commitment to intellectual property protection and will gladly review any copyright concerns.

If you are a copyright owner or authorized agent and wish to request the removal of directory shortcuts leading to infringing materials, you may submit a formal DMCA Takedown Notice to our administrative team by visiting our secure Contact Page.

Please include valid links to the specific Erothots directory pages, documentation proving ownership, and your electronic signature, and we will process your request within 24-48 business hours.
